  • DOROT Academic Year College Internship Program Application

  •

Acceptance is on a rolling-admissions basis.

    Internship Parameters:

    • Most students volunteer between Monday and Thursday. An internship day can begin as early as 9:30 a.m. and must be completed by 5:30 p.m. On Fridays, students can volunteer until 2:00 p.m.
    • Minimum time commitment: School-year: Two days a week for one semester with the option to continue for a second semester. Eight to ten hours a week for most internship positions. Some may require fewer hours.

    Application Process:

    1. Complete and submit the online application form.
    2. Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview by Zoom. Candidates that are asked to move forward with the application process will be asked for a second interview.
    3. Due to the sensitive nature of this placement, DOROT performs a criminal background check on all accepted interns prior to participation. Official acceptance in the program is contingent on the results of the background check.
    4. Applications, acceptances and placements are made on a rolling basis until all positions are filled.

If you have any questions, please contact collegeinternship@dorotusa.org.

Please note: All interns must have access to a personal computer that they can use each day of their internship, including when working in-office.
