We’re so glad you’re interested in becoming a DOROT Tech Coach! To support you in this new experience, we’ve created a one and a half hour ZOOM training session where we’ll share tips for how to effectively coach older adults who are late-tech adopters and answer any questions you might have. Please make sure to sign up below, as this training is required before you begin.

As a reminder, Tech Coaching is an in-person program offered in Manhattan and Westchester, and all Tech Coaches must be 18 or older. For the most part, Tech Coaches visit older adults in their homes, but occasionally, pairs can meet at our DOROT offices. If you can’t manage an in-person commitment, we have many other volunteer opportunities that you can do from home. To learn more about these remote opportunities, register for a General Orientation.
